£30 (£35 non members) unless stated otherwise.

* Please supply your own materials and equipment unless advised otherwise.

* Allow 20 minutes to collect your table and set up.

January 25th – Mark Fielding
Introduction to Portraiture – In Acrylics

Mark will cover how to compose and light your subject. He will explore tone and colour using a limited colour palette. Bring a good quality photo
or an image on a tablet. www.

February 22nd –  Iain Grant
Paint Venice Like Turner – Watercolour  

Ian will give a step-by-step demo following images from Turner’s sketchbooks. Using Watercolour and gouache we will aim to achieve a more finished painting of these scenes.
He will supply photos for us to use.

 

March 15th –  Michael Hill
Spring Landscape – Mixing Greens

Michael, who is known and loved by many of our regular workshop members, will undoubtedly lead another great workshop, helping us all to understand the way to achieve natural looking greens for our landscape paintings.


May 17th – Sarah Smalldon
Colour Explosion    

Sarah paints very bright cheerful art incorporating pattern and bold illustrative lines, and subjects
from a rosy bouquet of flowers to a tin of sardines!

June  – En plein air

Members are invited to come along and join us in
a group en- plein-air session.
The date and venue will be confirmed closer to
the date as it is weather dependant.

September 20th  – Stuart Law

Autumn Leaves – Watercolour

Stuart will lead a watercolour workshop
mimicking a woodblock print of Autumn leaves.
Stuart will be sending more details closer to the time.

Seascapes – Acrylic
